INTRODUCING…VICKI HILEY
We are delighted to welcome Vicki to the team as our new Lettings and Property Manager!
Vicki joined us at the start of September 2025, and after a short period of settling in and getting to know the role, we thought it was the perfect time for a proper introduction. To help everyone get to know her a little better, we asked Vicki a few questions about her background, experience, and life outside of work.
Q: What attracted you to join Earles?
A: Earles is an independent and highly respected firm with a friendly, driven, and enthusiastic team, which I am now very proud to be a part of! Both offices are in fantastic locations and have great local communities – especially the Alcester office, which is close to where I live.
Q: What experience do you bring to the team?
A: I have 16 years of experience in lettings and property management, I am fully ARLA qualified, and I have extensive knowledge of the local area, particularly Dorridge, Knowle and Solihull.
Q: What are you most looking forward to in your new role?
A: I am really looking forward to building relationships with the firm’s established clients, as well as meeting new clients, forming strong connections, and helping people achieve their property goals.
Customer service is a top priority for me – I am committed to ensuring landlords’ investments are protected, compliance is maintained and always being on hand to offer advice and support when needed.
I am also focused on expanding the lettings portfolios for both the Henley-in-Arden and Alcester offices, and I am excited to continue learning more about other areas of the property industry. I recently attended one of the firm’s collective land and property auctions (my first auction experience) and it was fascinating to see that side of the business in action!
Q: How do you like to spend your weekends?
A: I love spending time outdoors walking my dog, Mabel, catching up with friends, and taking part in a spin class or two.
Q: Finally, tell us a fun fact about yourself!
A: I am a lifelong supporter of Aston Villa Football Club and jump at any chance to watch a game!
We are thrilled to have Vicki on board – she is already proving to be a fantastic addition to the team, and we are excited to see all she will achieve in her new role!
