In a very packed room at Henley Golf & Country Club last night, Richard Abbey conducted our fourth Land & Property Auction of the year.  The energy was buzzing, and bidding was very spirited, resulting in all 6 lots sold, with Lot 4 at Warwick Crescent being sold prior to the auction. The figures achieved were excellent, with all vendors very happy with the results obtained last night.  A total figure of £2,759,000 was reached.

Plot 1: 2.718 Acres Pinkfield Lane.  Sold £34,000

Plot 2: 2.05 Acres Beech Road.  Sold: £92,000

Plot 3: 4.316 Acres Ullenhall Lane.  Sold £70,000

Plot 4: Warwick Crescent.  Sold prior to auction.

Plot 5: Shepherd’s Cottage & Croft 11 Acres.  Sold £600,000

Plot 6: Yew Tree Farm 9.65 Acres.  Sold £1,460,000
