If you intend on bidding, we will require some form of photo ID (i.e. valid passport or driver’s licence) and proof of address (i.e. recent bank statement or utility bill). Should you be the successful purchaser, you would also be required to pay a 10% deposit (i.e. by debit card, cheque or banker’s draft).
