Its that time of year again that sadly our auctions have paused for the Winter but will resume again March 2018. We have had a brilliant 2017 with our auctions and our last one was certainly no exception. With both lots well exceeding the guide price and you can find the results on our “auction results page”

We will update you in advance of our next upcoming Auction and will hopefully have more exciting news to share soon.

The Land Auction being held next Tuesday 24th October will now only have two lots, being the 4.71 & 6.29 Acres  on Dark Lane, Wythall B47 5BU.

The Land and Stables on the ‘ridge’ in Ullenhall has now been sold for well over the guide price.

The Auction will commence at 18:30 prompt at The Henley Golf and Country Club, B95 5QA.
