On Tuesday 7th July 2026, we held our last auction of the summer season at The View in Wootton Wawen. Bathed in glorious evening sunshine, it proved to be a wonderful setting for the occasion, with the venue certainly living up to its name as attendees enjoyed the beautiful surrounding Warwickshire countryside!
Originally, three lots were scheduled to be offered. However, after receiving an exceptional level of interest and numerous offers beforehand, we were instructed by the vendors of Far Croft House to accept a considerable offer prior to the auction.
Therefore, only two lots were offered for sale on the night. The first was a traditional farmhouse set within some 1.18 acres, conveniently located near Dickens Heath. The second was a charming Grade II listed cottage situated in the delightful village of Feckenham.
