On Tuesday 13th July 2021, we held our second auction of the year at The View. Having marketed eight properties, we agreed sale on the land at Dark Lane in Astwood Bank prior to the auction so seven lots were offered on the night and all sold under the hammer for a combined total of over £4,000,000!

The running order for the night was as follows:

Lot 1 – 53 Meeting House Lane, Balsall Common, Coventry, CV7 7GD
The night got off to a great start, as this property surpassed its guide price of £295,000 and went on to make £336,000!

Lot 2 – 7.15 Acres at Penn Lane, Tanworth-In-Arden, Solihull, B94 5HL
On at a guide price of £85,000, this sold at auction for £152,000.

Lot 3 – 4.15 Acres with Barn at Glebe Farm, Exhall, Alcester, Warwickshire, B49 6EA
This piece of land received a lot of interest and topped its guide price of £140,000, eventually selling at £260,000!

Lot 4 – 12.60 Acres at Glebe Farm, Exhall, Alcester, Warwickshire, B49 6EA
While the guide price was £110,000, this parcel of land sold for £154,000.

Lot 5 – Barston Farm Barn, Hob Lane, Barston, Solihull, B92 0JT
This property exceeded its guide price of £495,000 and went for £552,000.

Lot 6 – Park Farm, Aspley Heath Lane, Tanworth-In-Arden, Solihull, B94 5HU
With a starting bid of £800,000, this property went on to eclipse its guide price of £950,000 and ultimately made £1,380,000!

Lot 7 – Little Bransons Farm,  Bransons Cross, Beoley Lane, Worcestershire, B98 9DP
Ending on a high note, this lot was guided at £675,000 and after some competitive bidding, the hammer finally came down at an impressive total of £1,080,000!
