Earles Ethos

At Earles, we take the time to understand what our clients want and what they need.

John Earle was established in 1935 by John Reginald Earle, who was later joined by his two sons, Tony and David. In 1980, the team was strengthened by the arrival of Peter Cornford and today, he is joined by Co-Directors, Roger Simpson and David Fisher. Richard Abbey became part of the Practice in 1995 and heads up the Agricultural and Auctioneering Departments.

Earles began as a family business and has retained that principle for the past 85 years. We truly believe that this gives us a unique advantage for our clients, some of whom we have now been working with for over 50 years!

We are passionate about remaining independent and without corporate management.

We believe in innovation; we were one of the first agents to add floorplans (which were originally hand drawn!) to our details and for over 10 years, we have championed drone photography to promote our clients’ properties to their best effect.

We also use the latest software to enable us to give our clients the best possible service.

Our experienced team will guide you on your journey towards your next home from start to finish, using our many years of expertise to make your time with us (predominantly!) stress free.

For nearly a century, we have been trusted to help people find their dream home, not only first-time buyers and tenants, but also forever homes and downsizers.

As a firm of Chartered Surveyors, we are also trusted to assist with professional matters that include; probate, IHT and CGT calculations, family/business division and rural advice.

We are happy to answer any queries that you have, however minimal they may seem, so please do not hesitate to contact us below.
