On the hottest day on record, (40.3°C!) we held our 5th land and property auction of the 2022 season. With the exceedingly high temperatures we opted to hold the auction in the bar area for the better ventilation. Three lots were marketed for auction but the land at Stock Green was sold beforehand.

Considering the high temperatures there were many people in the room ready to place bids.

Lot 1 – 1.17 acres at Dark Lane, Hollywood, Birmingham, B47 5BT proved to be very popular in the room with a number of bids and finally the gavel came down at £130,000!

Lot 2 – Fairfield Farm Buildings and 8.59 Acres at Brockhill Lane, Beoley, B98 9DA saw two very determined bidders going up against one another, with opening bids of £300,000 and the eventual winning bid, an impressive £675,000!!
