On Tuesday 11th June 2019, we held our third auction of the year at Henley Golf Club. Due to an excellent turnout, the room was overflowing with people and so for the first time this year, it was required that the second room be opened!

We sold three out of the four lots on the night. Lot 3, the 47 Acres of Land at Shrewley Common, didn’t sell on the night but is now available for purchase – to find out more please call 01564 794343 and ask for Peter Cornford.

Lot 1 – 4 Spernal Lane, Studley, Warwickshire, B80 7ES
This property sold on the night but after the auction and so unfortunately the sale price achieved cannot be disclosed at this time.

Lot 2 – 46.23 Acres of Land at Birmingham Road, Henley-in-Arden, Warwickshire, B95 5QD
This piece of land met its guide price of £460,000.

And last but not least is…

Lot 4 –  Brelade, Stripes Hill Farm, Warwick Road, Knowle, Solihull, B93 0DS
With a starting bid of £380,000, this property surpassed its guide price of £475,000 and the hammer finally came down at a grand total of £554,000!
