On Tuesday 22nd June 2021, we kicked off our auction season at The View. There was an excellent turnout and we sold all five lots!

The running order was as follows:

Lot 1 – 1.49 Acres (0.60 ha) at Bluebell Wood, Shadow Brook Lane, Hampton-in-Arden, B92 0DG
We had a great start to the evening, this lot topped its guide price of £25,000 and made £38,000!

Lot 2 – 2.72 Acres (1.10 ha) at Southcrest Arboretum, Crewe Lane, Kenilworth, CV8 2DG
Our success continued and the arboretum went for over double its guide price of £40,000, eventually selling at £94,000.

Lot 3 – 3.62 Acres (1.46 ha) at Bell Lane, Snitterfield, Nr. Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 0JU
Offered at a guide price of £85,000, the hammer fell at £170,000!

Lot 4 – 8.11 Acres (3.28 ha) Off A435, Birmingham Road, Mappleborough Green, Nr. Studley, B80 7DJ
While the guide price was £75,000, this parcel of land sold for £106,000.

Lot 5 – Fulford Hall Farm Cottage, Fulford Hall Road, Earlswood, Solihull, B94 5LU
With a starting bid of £400,000, this property exceeded its guide price of £495,000 and the hammer finally came down at a grand total of £550,000!
