On Tuesday 20th June 2023, we held our third auction of the year at The View.
The running order for the night was as follows:
Lot 1 – 3.86 Acres at St. Marks Close, Worcester, WR5 3DB
The guide price for this piece of woodland with river frontage was £25,000 and it went on to achieve £35,000.
Lot 2 – 1.16 Acres (Lot 1) on the East side of Berkswell Road, Meriden, CV7 7LB.
Bids were coming from all corners of the room for this parcel of land with a range of timber constructed stable buildings. After much back and forth between bidders the gavel fell at an impressive £116,000!
Lot 3 – 1.70 Acres (Lot 2) on the East side of Berkswell Road, Meriden, CV7 7LB
This neighbouring plot was also popular in the room. It had a guide price of £41,000 and sold for £98,000.
Lot 4 – 3.04 Acres (Lot 1) at Feckenham Road, Hunt End, Redditch, B97 5QG
Bidding began at £40,000 for this lot and swiftly jumped up to achieve £72,000.
Lot 5 – 8.70 Acres (Lot 2) at Feckenham Road, Hunt End, Redditch, B97 5QG
This lot which leads to a partly wooded area with some mature oak trees gathered interest from keen bidders in the room. It was guided at £100,000 and the gavel fell at £125,000.
Lot 6 – 79 Lovelace Avenue, Solihull, B91 3JR
