On Tuesday 28th March 2023, we held our first auction of the year at The View, yet again we had a brilliant turnout with an overflowing bidding room and sold all three lots!

The running order was as follows:

Lot One: 3.44 Acres, Penn Lane, Tanworth-in-Arden, Solihull, B94 5HJ

There was a great deal of interest in the room for this piece of grazing land. It was guided at £62,500 and eventually sold for a whopping £150,000!

Lot Two: Cress Hill Farm, Barton Road, Welford-on-Avon, CV37 8HG

This detached property which lies approximately half a mile west of the sought after Warwickshire village of Welford-on-Avon, south of the River Avon attracted several bidders in the room and the gavel came down at an impressive £1,070,000!

Lot Three: Alderhanger Lane, Tanworth-in-Arden, Solihull, B94 5AT

Our last lot of the evening which has land totalling 27.75 acres also attracted a crowd of keen bidders. After much back and forth, the gavel came down at a spectacular £1,420,000.
