On Tuesday 14th May 2019, we held another successful auction. The atmosphere was vibrant and energetic as the busy auction room was full to the brim with numerous bidders and interested bystanders, hoping to engage in an animated display and they were not disappointed!

The following two lots were put forward for auction:

Lot 1 – 2 St Marys Close, Ullenhall, Nr. Henley-in-Arden, B95 5NA
On at a guide price of £180,000, it sold at auction at £222,000.

And finally, saving the best for last…
Lot 2 – Wychpitts Farm, Tythe Barn Lane, Nr. Tanworth-in-Arden, B94 5DH
Compared to guide price of £750,000, this property nearly made a million but at the auction the hammer ultimately went down at £995,000!
