On Tuesday 24th May 2022 we held another auction at The View. There were three lots in this auction (0.82 acres and 0.27 acres at Snitterfield Road, Bearley, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Warwickshire, CV37 0SR were sold prior to auction) and they were as follows: Lot 1 – 3.88 Acres on Bellemere Road, Marsh Lane, Hampton-In-Arden, Solihull, West Midlands, B92 0AN We had a great start to the evening with the guide price of £68,000 and much interest in the room the gavel came down at £168,000. Lot 2 – Building Plot Adjacent To Eureka, Haye Lane, Mappleborough Green, Studley, Warwickshire, B80 7BU With a guide price of £400,000 this building plot sold for £464,000. Lot 3 – Brockington Cottage, Kington, Flyford Flavell, Worcestershire, WR7 4DH Our final lot of the night did not disappoint and sold for £254,000.
