On Tuesday 23rd May 2022 we held another auction at The View. There were six lots in this auction (6.39 Acres, Off Radford Road, Alvechurch, Birmingham, B48 7DX, Lot A, Macbeth Cottage, Binton, Nr. Stratford-Upon-Avon, Warwickshire, CV37 9TE and Lot B, Building Plot, Binton, Nr. Stratford-Upon-Avon, Warwickshire, CV37 9TE were all withdrawn prior to the auction. Forest Farm House, Welford Road, Long Marston, Warwickshire, CV37 8RH and 18A Percy Street, Stratford Upon Avon, CV37 6SL were sold prior.
Lot One – 0.12 Acres fronting Henley Road, Great Alne, B49 6HL.

Lot Two – 1.23-Acre Site With Pond, Crabmill Lane,Wythall, Birmingham, B38 0HA
This had quite a lot of interest in the room and the gavel came down at £78,000.
Lot Three – 1.30 Acres of Amenity Land, Binton, Nr. Stratford-Upon-Avon, Warwickshire, CV37 9TE

Lot Four – Oak Cottage, Oak Tree Lane, Sambourne, Redditch, B96 6EX
This property, having extensive views westwards over rolling farmland to woodland known as ‘Sambourne Reins’ started off at £400,000 and had a few different bidders dotted around the room. The winning bid was £520,000.
Lot Five – Farmyard with planning permission for 7 properties, Fillongley, Warwickshire, CV7 8EU
These farm buildings, having the benefit of outline planning permission for the conversion of the traditional farm building into two dwellings and the erection of five new dwellings and garage block did not sell in the auction room. for more information please call 01564 794 343 / 01789 330 915.
Lot Six – Morton Common Cottage, Morton Bagot, Studley, Warwickshire, B80 7EP
The final lot of the night proved very popular with bidding starting at £200,000. Richard finally bought the gavel down at £370,000.
