New Addition to Our Team!

INTRODUCING…LOUISE KEELING

We are extremely pleased to welcome Louise to the team in her role as our new Lettings and Property Administrator!

Louise joined us at the start of the year and, after taking some time to settle into her role, we sat down with her to learn more about her experience, interests, and what she is looking forward to in this next chapter.

Q: What attracted you to join Earles?
A: I was really drawn to the fact that Earles is an independent company rather than a corporate business. I was excited by the opportunity to take on a new challenge in lettings rather than sales, while bringing across my existing knowledge and skills.

Q: What experience do you bring to the team?
A: I have worked in the property industry for 15 years, primarily in sales within the general Solihull area. I also became NAEA qualified 13 years ago, which has given me a strong foundation for my career.

Q: What are you most looking forward to in your new role?
A: I am keen to build strong relationships with both new and existing clients, while refining the lettings process to ensure everything runs as smoothly and seamlessly as possible.

Q: How do you like to spend your weekends?
A: Recently, I have been busy rehearsing with the Knowle Musical Society for our annual production at The Core Theatre, which, this year, was Me & My Girl. It ran from 17th to 21st March and was (at least, in my opinion!) a great success.

Outside of that, I love spending time with my young family, exploring the local area, and visiting National Trust properties – my favourite is Upton House near Banbury.

Q: Finally, tell us a fun fact about yourself!
A: Continuing the ‘theatre’ theme, I have played the lead role in The Sound of Music, and my favourite musical is Wicked!

We are delighted to have Louise as part of the team and are thrilled with what she has achieved so far, and all that lies ahead!!
