On Tuesday 19th November, we held our last auction of 2019 at Henley Golf Club. This year, we have held a total of nine auctions and Tuesday’s did not disappoint!

We sold four out of the five lots on the night. Lot 2, Craddocks Nurseries (Lot 1), Eastcote Lane, didn’t sell on the night but a sale is now being agreed. The rest of the results are list below:

Lot 1 – 29 Rose Avenue, Henley-in-Arden, Warwickshire, B95 5JR
The night got off to a great start, as this lot surpassed it’s guide price of £250,000 and went on to make £290,000!

Lot 3 – Craddocks Nurseries (Lot 2), Eastcote Lane, Hampton-in-Arden, West Midlands, B92 0AS
On at a guide price of £40,000, this sold at auction for £60,000.

Lot 4 – Craddocks Nurseries (Lot 3), Eastcote Lane, Hampton-in-Arden, West Midlands, B92 0AS
The above parcel of land exceeded its guide price of £165,000 and went for £180,000.

Our final lot of the night and the year went out with a bang!
Lot 5 – Scrap Yard, Nr. Bearley Cross, Henley-in-Arden, Warwickshire, B95 6DR
Compared to a guide price of £180,000, the hammer ultimately came down at £340,000!
