On Tuesday 18th October 2022, we held our penultimate auction of the year at The View. The room was well filled for our four lots in the auction, (1.98 Acres at Cuttle Pool Lane, Knowle, B93 0AP and  Ashton House, The Square, Blockley, GL56 9ES were sold prior to auction) and they were as follows:

Lot 1 – Contractors Plant and Material Storage Yard, Off Pennyford Lane, Wootton Wawen, B95 6EZ

With a fantastic start to the evening and some very strong competition between bidders the gavel fell at £116,000.

Lot 2 – 15.93 Acres at Tapster Lane, Lapworth, B94 5PF

This did sell on the night but it was after the auction so, unfortunately, the sale price achieved cannot be disclosed at this time.

Lot 3 – Brookfields, Preston Bagot, Nr. Henley-in-Arden, B95 5ED

Lot 4 – 92 Acres at Roundhill Wood, Earls Common Road, Stock Green, Nr. Redditch, B96 6TB

Roundhill Wood coming into the auction room proved to be very popular within the room. It had a guide price of £800,000 and the hammer finally fell at an impressive £920,000.
