October Auction 2026 – The Results

On Tuesday 13th October 2026, we held our second auction of the autumn season (and potentially our last of the year) at The View in Wootton Wawen.

Blessed with another sunny evening, there was a fantastic turnout, meaning that, by the time our auctioneer, Richard Abbey, took to the rostrum, the room was full to bursting with enthusiastic bidders and those keen to observe the proceedings.

Four lots had originally been scheduled for the auction, but a pre-auction offer was accepted on 27 Henley Street, a charming double-fronted Grade II listed property, leaving three lots to go under the hammer on the night.

The first lot was a parcel of well-established permanent pasture in a sought-after semi-rural location close to Shirley and Solihull. The second was a rectangular block of woodland located just outside the village of Harvington, near Evesham. The final lot was a Grade II listed barn in the delightful village of Great Alne, near Alcester, having the benefit of full planning permission for conversion into a residential dwelling.
