On Tuesday 23rd September 2025, we held our first collective land and property auction of the autumn season at The View in Wootton Wawen, at the usual start time of 6:30pm.
By the time the firm’s established and knowledgable auctioneer, Richard Abbey, assumed the podium, the room was “full to bursting” with keen bidders as well as those wishing to observe the general proceedings.
There were to be eight lots offered on the night, but three sold prior to the auction at figures substantially higher than the guide prices. The remaining five lots were offered on the night and the running order was as follows:
