Market Appraisals – We pride ourselves in providing potential sellers with honest, fair advice and giving a balanced opinion of what we feel their property may sell for.
Property Sales Service – All of our properties have detailed sales particulars that are uploaded onto the Earles website and Rightmove plus other specialist websites dependant on your type of property. We also compile a mailing list from our extensive database and send your property details to all prospective purchasers.
Methods of sale – Our staff will advise on the best method of sale, every property and piece of land is different; some are suited to be offered for sale by auction, others by formal/informal tender or by private treaty with a set asking price.
Preparation for sale – All properties marketed for sale are required to have an energy performance certificate and at Earles, we are able to arrange for a qualified EPC assessor to visit your property to provide you with this legally required document.
