Lot 3.   21.67 acres of grass land, Pipers Lane/Coleshill Road, Ansley.

Lot 4.   A Building Plot  extending to approx. 1.43 acres, Ref. No. 16/01206/FUL.

Lot 5.  A Barn & Stables with 12.61 Acres (5.10 Ha) of land adj. to Little Manor Farm.
