Building works have been going on a pace on the first floor at 74 High Street, providing much needed improvement to the agricultural department offices. The department head, Richard Abbey (FRICS, FAAV) hopes shortly to move into his new office, which will now include a purpose built area to house the extensive file of OS plans that cover the Warwickshire, Gloucestershire and Worcestershire regions. The re-arrangement will also result in his agricultural assistant and graduate surveyor, Alys Routley (BSc), along with his P.A. being located next door.

As part of the refurbishment, the firm’s commercial management team, headed by Peter Cornford (FRICS), and assisted by Ellie Spencer, will relocate their operation into a brand new office cabin.

Finally, the valuation department along with the sales and lettings team will remain in their current locations. Although we hope, with all the extra space, these departments will now have the opportunity to grow and continue to provide an efficient service to our clients.
