Richard Abbey, a partner at John Earle, conducted the firm’s Summer Land & Property Auction at Henley Golf & Country Club, on Tuesday evening, 14th July.

Three lots were marketed for the sale in the Solihull Observer, Stratford Herald, RightMove and John Earle’s own website.  A substantial amount of interest was shown in all the lots. The auction room was full to over flowing with some bidders having to stand in the wide doorway a joining the main bar.

The bidding went up in £10,000 and then £5,000 increments. Competition then appeared from all parts of the room and after a total of 59 bids the gavel finally fell on £830,000.
