Our July property auction was held, as usual, at Henley Golf & Country Club.

The pre-auction marketing campaign generated some very keen interest in the 10 Lots being offered. On the night the room was packed, with over 300 people attending which in turn generated some very spirited bidding.

We were thrilled with the excellent results gained, particularly on the land sales. The 9.492 acres at Wood Lane, Barston achieved a staggering £12,432 per acre and the land at Windmill Lane, Dorridge achieved £19,758 per acre.

Nutford House, Pratts Lane, Mappleborough Green received much interest prior to the auction. This well located, detached family residence in need of refurbishment with stable block and garden achieved a sale price of £295,000.
